- Error/Duplicate Removal: We eliminate duplicate, broken, or overlapping entities before export. We downsize all linework to what you need only, and remove all excess clutter for efficient field use.
- Simplified Layers: All linework is organized into different layers that are assigned simple and easy colors and names.
3D Model Generation
- Digital Terrain Models (DTM): High‑resolution surface meshes built from elevated polylines.
- Earthwork Quantities: Simple Cut-Fill volumes using proposed and existing surface models.
- Roadways: We will incorporate road profiles and cross sections to assure accurate proposed grading.
- Parking Lots: We will assure ADA requirements and a minimum positive pitch (1%+) are met.
