Overview
3D SEA LLC provided full-scope CAD and modeling services for Phase 2 of a 68-unit condominium project in Windham, New Hampshire. This phase included two new roads and a clubhouse. Our team was brought in to prepare GPS layout files and review the proposed grading design to ensure ADA compliance and positive drainage across the site.
