With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a career spanning hundreds of projects across New England, Shawn brings unmatched knowledge of sitework, grading, surveying, and 3D modeling. His background covers every phase of the construction cycle:
- Bidding Phase: Geotechnical reviews, earthwork and materials takeoffs, quote requests, and pricing support.
- Construction Phase: CAD cleanup, grading review, 3D site modeling, GPS setup, machine control management, survey stakeout, and troubleshooting.
- Finishing Phase: As-built surveys, point collection, and CAD/PDF deliverables for client turnover.
