Client Background
Pitt Pipeline Company, based in Billerica, Massachusetts, is a sitework contractor specializing in complex residential and commercial developments. They partnered with 3D Sea LLC to support machine control operations with precise, field-ready CAD and 3D model data.
Challenge
The site included a large and complex proposed grading design that required careful review and adjustment to achieve ADA compliance and proper drainage. Additionally, detailed 3D modeling was needed for all building foundations and footings to streamline layout and simplify footing preparation in the field.
