- Initial Comprehensive Review of Proposed Grading Design
We will review your projects initial proposed grading design and identify errors and areas that will require additional grading detail. - Achieve Minimum Positive Pitch
Where possible, the grading will be revised to achieve a 1% minimum positive. With standard construction tolerances of heavy equipment, this is critical for machine control grade work (road graders and dozers). - ADA/Handicap Accessibility
ALL ADA areas are reviewed and revised to ensure all minimum/maximum slopes are met. Where possible, all grading within ADA areas are revised to a 1.5% slope throughout.
